Elizabeth Silhavy

Elizabeth graduated from Wheaton College Conservatory in 2016 with a Music Education degree and an emphasis on flute. After teaching both general music and band, she now joins Julie in teaching flute lessons in Hinsdale.

Elizabeth believes that music has life-changing qualities, and that with persistence, flute-playing is a way to express oneself in ways that words cannot. She believes in laying a strong foundation of tone quality and technique that will allow for success, as well as years of enjoyment and sharing with other musicians.  Elizabeth makes music fun!
